Who we are

VulkOne was founded by a close-knit team of lifelong friends and IT professionals with a shared goal: helping businesses overcome outdated systems and fragmented tech with modern, secure, and scalable solutions. Though we each took different paths—across federal agencies, private industry, and hands-on operations—we reunited to build a company grounded in trust, efficiency, and technical excellence.

Our team brings over 50 years of combined experience in systems administration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud strategy.
Boyce, a veteran systems administrator, has operated nationwide since founding Oregon Data Systems in 2013. With decades of experience, he continues to anchor our technical operations with dependable, community-focused support.


Tom, a multilingual developer and researcher with experience at Yale University and various government agencies, brings extensive knowledge in app and web development, coding, and digital systems architecture.

    After earning his Associate's degree in Computer Hardware, Networking & Software, Boyce built a career spanning over 17 years in the IT industry. In 2013, he founded Oregon Data Systems to provide reliable technology solutions to businesses and individuals across the United States. With a total of 30 years of experience in systems administration, Boyce brings deep technical knowledge, leadership, and a strong commitment to community-driven IT support to the team.
